Office Manager/Bookkeeper
We're on the hunt for an experienced office manager with solid bookkeeping experience to help out with the day to day running of Freshview. This will range from managing all accounts in MYOB, payroll and general office and administrative duties. We offer an extremely casual work environment with a small and very social team.
Your responsibilities
This position will have a strong focus on the bookkeeping side of things, so you'll need solid MYOB experience right off the bat. Your main responsibilities will include:
- All accounts including receivables, payables, banking and reconciliation, payroll, BAS and end of month reporting via MYOB.
- Answering the phone (we do the majority of our business online, and only receive a few calls each day).
- Planning office social events (nothing major, but we like to get out of the office and have a bit of fun occasionally) and organising our daily catered lunches.
- General office administration duties.
Minimum Requirements
To apply for the position, we'll need you to have the following covered:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent MYOB experience and familiarity with Word, Excel, email and the web.

How many hours will I be expected to work?
We have lives too. Our staff do 40 hour weeks and we're pretty flexible about your working hours.
Where are you guys based?
Freshview is located in southern Sydney about 30 mins from the city centre. We're also just off the freeway and a 30 min drive from Wollongong.
